Effects of different nitrogen sources on invertase production by Aspergillus niger

چکیده

Investigation various nitrogen sources effects on the production of invertase by Aspergillus niger was researched in this study. Invertase is a precious enzyme used many industries like food, pharmacy, confectionery, invert syrup production. Taguchi design experiment (DOE) preferred to optimize cultivation conditions. L16 (43) orthogonal array selected current study including source, initial pH medium and incubation time at four levels for statistical optimization. The data showed that optimized version achieved using proteose peptone, 5.5 3 days time. Bacto peptone had higher activity than casein yeast extract. found as most efficient factor among source Besides, percentage contribution were indicated similar rates (9 10%, respectively). highest defined 45.87 U/ml, which be closer predicted result (46.33 U/ml). As conclusion, increased use DOE supported quick effective
